1. What are credits?

● Credits are virtual goods and digital products that can be used to redeem value-added services on the Koozee platform.

● Some features and services on Koozee require credits to use.

2. How can I get credits?

There are currently two ways to obtain credits:

● Credit top-up: You can make a one-time purchase of credits through MeBean top-up.

● Membership bonus: Buy Koozee VIP to receive a certain number of credits every month.

3. What types of credits are there?

The differences between the two types of credits are as follows:

Free Credits	Benefit credits granted with a Koozee VIP subscription.	Credits granted with Koozee VIP are issued at the beginning of each subscription month and will be cleared when the membership expires.	Available for use only within Koozee.
Top-up Credits	Credits obtained through recharge.	Valid for 1 year.

4. When are membership credits issued?

After you subscribe to Koozee VIP, a certain number of credits will be issued at the beginning of each month. The exact date depends on your subscription date. For example, if you subscribed on the 10th, your credits will be issued on the 10th of the next month.

5. How do I turn off auto-renewal?

At the bottom of the subscription page, click the renewal management option to cancel your subscription.
